OVERVIEW
A machine that can grow with the plant.
The entry press in the QGH range and the machine most first plants start on. A 40 ton press making three bricks a stroke at six cycles a minute, with a 300 kg pan mixer and PLC control. It holds 160 bar through the pressing cycle, which is what gives M8 strength on roughly 6 per cent cement.

Approximately 6% cement for M8 brick strength. 160 bar oil pressure held through the pressing cycle. Mould pressing without pressure loss. Optional pre-feed system and pan mixer. PLC based automatic operation.
