About Q Green
The company
We build machines. We also build the plants around them.
Q Green Techcon Limited manufactures, exports and supplies machinery for brick, block, paver and precast production. Fly ash brick presses, block and paver machines, production lines, wet presses, concrete pumps and waste recycling units.
Our machines produce hollow blocks, solid blocks, single layer and coloured paver blocks, kerbstones, fly ash bricks and fly ash blocks. Change the mould and the same machine makes a different product.
The works at Padhariya, Mehsana, house the machine and fabrication shops, our own R and D centre and the engineering team, with design in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. From plant planning and installation through to operator training and after sales service, we work with manufacturers at every stage rather than at the point of sale.

Established 2014. Every year since has added capacity, people or capability.
2014
Q Green Techcon established
Established to provide brick, block and paver manufacturing solutions. The RT 4, the first block making machine independently manufactured in India, was built the same year.
2019
Our own facility
Moved to the company's own facility at Padhariya, bringing office and manufacturing under one roof. Q Green became an ISO certified organisation.
2020
100 machines in the market
The research and design team developed an automatic rack loading, unloading and rack moving system, the first of its kind independently manufactured in India.
2021
Q Green Forest Press
Forest Press Hydraulics Ltd of the UK and Q Green joined hands to bring wet press technology for concrete products to the Indian market.
2023
Manufacturing expansion
An additional 25,000 sq ft of production space was added to strengthen manufacturing capacity and support the next phase of growth.

Fly ash brick presses, block and paver machines, production lines, wet presses, concrete pumps and waste recycling, all built and supported from Mehsana.
